About us 

Myflexoffice is a brand of the M2DG Group, an innovative player in office real estate.

The M2DG Group has developed 3 brands, each with a complementary know-how and articulated around a global vision of the office as a place to live, including Myflexoffice.

Myflexoffice responds to companies’ need for flexibility by offering them turnkey spaces, totally private, available for the duration of their choice, and including all costs related to the proper functioning of the space as well as property taxes. No bank guarantee is required in order to minimise the impact on the companies’ cash flow.

Myflexoffice currently has more than 100 independent spaces covering almost 350,000 sqf in Paris, with spaces ranging from 800 to 28,000 sqf. In Paris, but also in Lyon and Miami.

Our method

Our team of real estate agents and workplace experts help companies implement real estate strategies, using their unparalleled market knowledge to find spaces and manage them once companies move in.

STEP 1

We work with you to identify specifications and define the ideal space for your needs based on square footage, number of workstations, location, budget, etc. Then we present you with a list of spaces that check all the boxes. They might be spaces from our portfolio of over 100 properties or they could also include exclusive spaces we find just for you at no extra cost.

STEP 2

You preselect the spaces you want to visit from the list our team creates.

STEP 3

Once you’ve found the perfect space, we work with our teams of architects and designers to design the premises. At this point, you tell us the equipment you want and we confirm the final plan together.

STEP 4

Once the space is ready, all you have to do is move in. Then our facility and hospitality management teams take over to manage and maintain your workspace. If something comes up, all you have to do is submit your request via our platform and we take care of it.

And since your workspace shouldn’t restrict your growth, you can easily and quickly move to another Myflexoffice property if you feel the need to change offices before your contract ends.

Our story 

M2DG was founded in 2016 and grew out of Denis Granger’s experience. As an entrepreneur, Denis had to deal with the same challenges every entrepreneur in Paris faces when they start a business:

  • Find office space
  • Design and renovate this space with an eye on esthetics and ease of use
  • Manage the space on a daily basis
  • Handle administrative tasks

 

All these things took tons of time and energy. Any time spent on this took him away from managing his teams and growing his business.

So he created M2DG in 2016 to offer a better workspace experience, including finding a space, designing and renovating it into an inviting space and then providing full management and maintenance so that companies can focus on their core business.
